Blogger has allowed custom domains to be used for blogger accounts as of January 5th. This is great because you do not need to pay for a hosting account and you can use your own custom domain. No need for myname.blogspot.com anymore. There are still a few unresolved problems with this feature. My trouble was that I was able to get mydomain.com to work but not www.mydomain.com.
